This is, of course, related to Humpty Dumpty! His story (or song) was my favorite as a kid because it wasn't all touchy romantic, it was humorous. Eggs don't have legs. Or hands. But Humpty had the ability to climb a wall. Offbeat! Wikipedia says that "Humpty Dumpty" was an 18th century slang term that meant "short and clumsy person". In one of Lewis Carroll's books, he was a literary geek who discusses pragmatics and semantics! For a short and clumsy guy, that's awesome.
This started as a photographing of this egg on top of a bulb's bottom metal part, and as I was shooting, my leg caught the leg of the table it was on and then the egg suffered Humpty's fate. The egg was already empty (my Mom had sent Humpty's insides down the sink) , so fortunately there wasn't a sticky mess. I stopped shooting for a while, then thought of "fixing" the egg with little plasters. I drew some little plasters with a fine-tipped permanent marker on a piece of masking tape and cut them out. And it evolved into a Humpty-inspired idea!

A little side-note, I got featured in a Dubai magazine last month! Currently writing a journal entry on it! This wouldn't have happened if it wasn't for the support that all of you have given me here! Thank you sooo much!
And also the article I wrote for the magazine here: [link]
It's a little sneak peek about my process of creating pictures. I learned some things about my own process while writing that article which I haven't noticed before. If you have a store nearby that sells Soura Magazine, do buy issue number 32! Thank you so much for all the support!
Thank you for viewing! Comments are very much appreciated!
